#ThePentecostProject is an engagement strategy to include Generation Z and A believers as trustees in an unprecedented reparations trust. It introduces a faith-based event timeline for establishing cross-generational equity in community-owned enterprises.

Capacity Building for our project engages one or more Generation X, Y, and Z believer(s) as interns in trust administration.  A “believer,” as defined by YouthUSA, the sponsoring NGO partner, “believes I can achieve whatever I believe I can achieve.” It establishes KEA LUMELA (I BELIEVE) as a self-declared common value for inclusion in TUMELO FAMILY (Ka TUMELO re lelapa, by FAITH, we are family).
