In the latest battle for Israel’s right to exist, investigators return to an all-too-familiar “firey furnace,” fueled by Nebuchadnezzar’s unquenchable thirst for power. After centuries of repetitive behavior, the names have changed but the choice of CHAOS over COMMUNITY tends to perpetuate a dream deferred.
